End of Junior Year
As junior year comes to an end I am shocked to see how fast time as flyed. I can’t believe that after summer break I will be returning to Lindsay High School and I will be a senior. I remember the first time I walked through the front gates as a freshmen thinking it was going to be the longest four years of my life. But I was mistaken and time flyed. Know that junior year has come to its end I have a lot to look back to. I accomplished a lot during this year and I am really proud of myself. I can finally say that I am on pace on math and I will be taking an extra year of it to keep improving. But I have to give all the credit to my math teacher Mr.Dusan because he helped me out a lot by having patience with me and not giving up on me. It took a lot of hard work and determination to get where I am now in math. I stayed after school and stayed in during lunch to finish test and homework that was due. But that is not the only thing that went well but also English. In the beginning of the year I was falling behind and I was having trouble staying on pace. After the first semester ended I was not happy and I knew I had to work hard if I wanted to stay on pace on English. So that's what I did I began to work hard and I never gave up and as the second semester came to an end I finished on pace and ready for English twelve. I finished my junior year passing all my classes and I was very proud of myself. As junior year fade away I began to think about my senior year and what goals I was going to set up for me to accomplish. One of my main goals and i've had that goal for the past 3 years was to win a valley championship for soccer and I was determined to win it on my senior year. Other goals that I had set was passing all my classes and pass math with an overall grade of a 3.5. Other than that I am very excited to start senior year and I can’t wait to start soccer season as well.
First Semester
As the first semester is coming to an end, I am working hard to stay on pace on all my classes by getting all my work done on time and always working hard. As the semester keeps creeping to the end I am struggling to get on pace on chemistry because I haven't gotten the hang of it yet. But I am going to start to stay after school to get more help in it so when the semester ends I will be on pace. Other than that i'm on pace on the rest of my classes. I’ve also been working on my senior project which is coming out great i’m getting all my journals turned in on time and uploading them to my website. I’ve also began to apply to colleges, so far I have applied to COS and Chico State. Soccer season also began and I am really excited for this season, for starters this season is my last and I want to give it my all and bring the valley championship back to Lindsay High School. That has been one on my main goals since day one and I hope I get to accomplish my goal. After high school my plans are to attend COS for 2 years and then transfer to Chico State and get my degree in business marketing. But it's not just the semester coming to an end but also the school year and what i'm most looking forward to is to attend a community college and be able to work at the same time. That is what I am most looking forward after high school. All in all I am very excited to graduate but also sad at the same time as the semester comes to an end. I am happy that I will be going to college and all but I will always miss seeing my friends at school and the most important one I will miss playing soccer for my school. For me that will be what I am most going to miss about high school. Therefor this year I will work hard and never give up and hopefully at the end of the season I can finally accomplish the goal that I had set myself since freshmen year.

A Glance Back
As spring break is upon us, graduation is getting closer and closer which I am both excited for but also feeling a bit nervous as well. The semester is coming to an end and I am trying to stay on pace on all my classes. So far I am passing all my classes except one which is chemistry. I’ve been struggling in that class for a while know but I am working hard to get it done, but Christmas break is not the only thing I’m excited for, I am also excited that soccer season has finally started and we're off to a good start. Our record is 9-1-1 and my goal for this season is to win a valley championship. But enough of that, my plans for Christmas break is to work hard and get all my school work done and also to train hard with my team and spend time with my family. 2017 is just around the corner and I couldn't be more exciting for it to come. There so much fun things happening on 2017 and it’s going to be a good year. My goals is to finish all my classes, graduate and win a valley championship with my soccer team. I've been working hard in all my classes and at the moment i'm six out of seven. I'm doing good in math and English taking in count that math did not use to be my strong subject. But it became my strong subject when I got Mr. Dusan my Junior year. He taught me very well and I loved the way he taught math he is so passionate and he is very patient when he teaches. He sits down next to you and explains any step you didn't get of the problem and he doesn't leave till you get the hang of it. I am very grateful that I got Mr. Dusan as my math teacher for Junior year because I really took off from there and I couldn't ask for anything else. Another class that I liked is game design. In that class we build and design our own video games it is an amazing class because not many school have this program and I am very lucky that our school has it. I am learning how to build the games and how to move my characters around any type of world or terrain. Overall I am happy with my classes and I am looking forward into learning more cool stuff in my second semester.

End of Senior Year
As senior year is coming to an end and I am getting ready to graduate I am feeling nervous for a couple of reasons as graduation gets closer and closer. For starters I have my senior exit interview coming up and I am a bit nervous for it. I have been practicing my presentation every day and getting it down to where I don’t have to look back at my slides. Another thing is that I have to pass all my classes at the end of senior year because it has been a goal that I set for myself at the beginning of my senior year. So far I am seven out of seven but the second semester for some classes has gotten a bit difficult. Nevertheless I am working harder and I am staying on pace on each one. Some classes that have gotten difficult is Game Design because of the games we build. The games we are building this second semester have gotten harder but at the same time is teaching me a lot of new stuff as well. As I reflect on my senior year and think of all the things I have accomplished I am very proud of myself and my persistence over my four years of high school. I am proud of myself because I never gave up even when times got hard and I always strive to always get good grades. Some of my accomplishments that I am very proud of is getting better at math. I am really proud of that because I really struggled a lot from my 8th grade year all the way to my sophomore year. As I finish my senior year I am finishing algebra two and I am very proud of that I am excited to go on and take on college math and learn even more. Working hard did not only pay off in the classroom but also in the field. My biggest goal during my four years of high school was to win a valley championship for soccer. I can finally say that I have accomplished that and I am very proud of my teammates and myself. It was not an easy task but at the end of the day we accomplished our goal and I will never forget it. Overall my senior year was amazing and I will miss coming to Lindsay High School.
